Automated pipetting technology in a modern laboratory.

Rethinking diagnostics.

One platform. New perspectives.

CARCIMUN is developing a protein-optical technology platform for new approaches to cancer monitoring and health analysis.

Technology & Science

New insights from biological signals.

CARCIMUN technology is based on the analysis of defined plasma protein signals and combines protein-optical measurement methods with the Delta approach and the evaluation of changes over time.

The Delta approach is intended to help distinguish cancer-associated signals from inflammation-related signals. Corresponding prospective studies have already been commissioned.

This creates a technological foundation for a range of diagnostic and health-related applications.

Focus Areas

One platform.
Three perspectives.

Scientific work in a modern clinical setting.

Cancer monitoring & triage

Repeated measurements are intended to help interpret changes in the course of disease and support targeted further diagnostic assessment.

HealthMarker –
Wellness & Longevity

Observing individual biological changes over time. A new perspective on data-driven health guidance beyond disease diagnosis.

MCED – Gatekeeper

A complementary approach to staged diagnostic pathways, with the aim of enabling more targeted use of further investigations.

Innovation

The next generation of diagnostics.

From laboratory analysis to the microchip.

CARCIMUN's vision is to continuously advance its protein-optical technology platform – from laboratory-based analysis to miniaturised measurement systems. Microchip technology, point-of-care applications and intelligent digital analysis open up new perspectives for more flexible and more personalised health diagnostics.

The aim is a future in which biological changes can be detected more easily, tracked over longer periods and used to inform individual health decisions.
